What’s your definition of “employee engagement”? Here’s mine: “Enthusiastically committed to, accountable for, and aligned with the employer’s goals.” Each word matters. Together, they mean having employees who feel fortunate to be employed where they are, know what is expected and needed, and come to work every day to make a positive difference.
