Jathan Janove is an internationally published author, including Managing To Stay Out Of Court: How To Avoid The 8 Deadly Sins Of Mismanagement, which the Washington Post described as “an extraordinarily useful book for managers and workers.” He is also the author of Expo America Gold Medal winner The Star Profile: A Management Tool To Unleash Employee Potential. His latest book is Hard-Won Wisdom: True Stories From The Management Trenches (HarperCollins). NYT bestselling author Daniel Pink states, “By sharing many of his best stories and experiences, Jathan Janove creates a short-cut for us to
the knowledge needed to become an empathetic, effective leader in the workplace.” Jathan writes the “Putting Humanity into HR Compliance” column for SHRM, and the “Coach’s Corner” blog for Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. Aaron Wheeler

Collegiate athlete turned executive coach. Aaron started his journey of developing effective and resilient leaders while wearing a pair of cleats and a helmet. His relentless drive to better himself led him to multiple all-star game appearances and a chance to play college football. For 12 years he honed his ability to lead young people as a player. He began to understand how to handle egos, balance individual aspirations while maintaining team unity, and managing people’s composure on the biggest stages. He has since transitioned his knowledge to corporate environments working with CEOs, board members, executives, and senior directors to advance their leadership and helping create organization-wide change to instill a “coaching culture”. Aaron’s process is a data-driven and evidence-based leadership development approach that gives tangible evidence of improvement. Aaron has a collaborative consulting style where he partners with key decision-makers to help strategize, develop, deploy, and measure organization-wide programs. Aaron also deploys and manages coaching initiatives, and serves as Director of Marshall Goldsmith’s Pay It Forward program, an initiative with a global reach that helps nonprofits receive pro bono transformative leadership development opportunities. He also volunteers his time with ODN Oregon’s Community Consulting Project.

Kimberly Gonsalves

Kimberly leverages 20 years experience in corporate banking and communication skills training to support leaders and organizations in improving leadership effectiveness and culture so every team member feels valued, is inspired to contribute their best, and equipped to deliver even greater results. Her corporate background includes roles at two of the world’s largest banks, serving Fortune 500 clients. As one of only two female bankers in a 100 person branch office of a global bank, she knows how differences can impact communication and relationships, and the challenges women face. As a trainer of trainers leading communication workshops for educators and mental health professionals in the U.S., China, and Spain, she provided practical tools to help leaders bridge generational and cultural differences. Her approach to leadership development is strengths-based, competency-based and data driven. She supports individual contributors to c-suite executives across a range of industries, including technology, finance, healthcare, and nonprofits. Whether coaching or consulting, Kimberly partners with clients to co-create a strategy to achieve their ideal final result, and establish milestone targets and metrics to assess progress.

Frank Wagner, Ph.D

Frank Wagner received his MBA and PhD from UCLA. Over the past forty years he has provided personal coaching and highly rated leadership development training programs. He has worked with professionals in many sectors, including financial services, high technology, biotechnology, consumer goods, government research laboratories, large and small non-for-profits, mining, health care, and the entertainment industry. He is most known for being the principal architect of
Stakeholder Centered Coaching® which is recognized as one of the most
effective coaching processes as measured by their stakeholders. His close
friend and colleague for 50 years who was ranked as the #1 leadership coach
and top thought leader in the world by the Thinkers50 in London, asked Frank to
design and train coaches in his principles and practices. Together with Marshall
and his partner Chris Coffey they have trained and certified coaches for over 20
years.

Colleen J. McManus

HR Executive, Coach & Consultant

Colleen is an executive with experience in the private, public and non-profit
sectors, having served as Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Operations
Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer. Her responsibilities have
included oversight of human resources, learning & development, and
customer/client services functions for organizations of up to 10,000
employees. Passionate about lean practices and continuous improvement,
she currently serves as an HR executive and programs manager for the
State of Arizona. Colleen’s innovative approach and commitment to
customer and client service have garnered a number of honors, including
three Arizona Governor’s Awards.
Colleen has helped many organizations and leaders address their leadership and workforce development needs in a dynamic and results-oriented way. She is in frequent demand as a speaker and panelist, and she has authored and contributed to numerous publications on HR.

Bruce Cutright

Bruce has dedicated his focus to improving the workplace through proven human capital strategies. By harnessing what he has learned in his thirty-seven years of human resources experience, he offers a perspective based on his past successes in building sustained employee engagement that will give organizations a competitive edge. As Vice President of Human Resources at Mary Lanning Healthcare, he developed and executed the human capital plan that transformed the hospital from a low engagement, high turnover organization into a world class employee engagement organization, winning the Gallup Great Workplace Award eight times in nine years. Bruce led this multifaceted plan, aligning the development of employees to the mission of the company. He has been a speaker and presenter including the Gallup annual awards, the national ASHHRA conference, and numerous other human resource related professional meetings. He is currently dedicated to developing individual leaders through one-on-one coaching and organizational consulting, bringing his perspective learned from his own successful career. Foundational to Bruce’s approach is developing people through their own strengths and innate talent while providing insights and perspectives from stakeholders. His approach has been used in succession planning and professional development.
