Is there a connection between low employee engagement and successful union campaigns? Absolutely! And with the NLRB’s “Ambush Election” rules going into effect, union targets will have their hands tied in mounting a counter-campaign. The work will have to be done earlier, before notice or indication of union activity. Participants will learn how to make the business case to their organization’s leaders that the time to invest in employee engagement is now. Drawing from the speaker’s research and work with other organizations, best practices that promote engaged workplace cultures—the soil where unionization won’t grow. We will discuss practical, proven tools that can be implemented immediately to raise the employee engagement level.
